In Kraken Elite, players train in deeper water, increase their overall intensity, and begin applying more advanced skills in realistic game situations. This program focuses on building strong fundamentals, game awareness, and teamwork to confidently prepare athletes for high school-level play. Open to boys and girls ages 12–14 (birth years 2012–2014) who are comfortable swimming in a 25m pool with depths ranging from 3–6 feet.
