Kraken Ball is Elk Grove Kraken Water Polo Club’s recreational co-ed program for young beginners. Open to boys and girls ages 5–8 (birth years 2018–2021) who are comfortable swimming in a 25m pool, 3–6 feet deep. Players learn basic water polo skills, water safety, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment—perfect for kids new to the sport.

Kraken Elite is Elk Grove Kraken Water Polo Club’s co-ed recreational program for athletes born between Jan 1, 2012 and Dec 31, 2014 (ages 12–14). This program focuses on building water polo fundamentals, teamwork, and game awareness in a positive, supportive environment. Players must be comfortable swimming in a 25m pool with depths from 3 to 6 feet.

Kraken Raising is Elk Grove Kraken Water Polo Club’s recreational co-ed program for young athletes born between Jan 1, 2015 and Dec 31, 2017 (ages 9–11). Players must be comfortable swimming in a 25m pool with depths from 3–6 feet. This beginner-friendly program focuses on water safety, swimming skills, basic water polo fundamentals, teamwork, and having fun in a supportive environment.
